UK: Conference and Exhibition

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the National Eye Care Group on their annual Exhibition and Conference; Building for Success, “A Road Map for Profit.” This was a combination of product-based lectures and other business related subjects with an exhibition where business could be discussed with suppliers in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Heritage Motor Centre provided a fantastic venue for the event; a unique space with an impressive collection of British vintage cars.  The location of this venue worked incredibly well providing easy access off the M40, which made it a breeze for delegates across the country to  make the event.

The space itself was incredibly flexible.  Consisting of an open gallery area, which was perfect for the exhibition, and a large adjoining conference suite, the transition between both spaces was extremely slick.  In the conference suite a large stage was built in the company colours and logos to maximize branding opportunities, as well as providing a great area for photo calls.

Throughout the day all attendees were looked after incredibly well with many scheduled tea and coffee breaks and a buffet lunch in the exhibition area to maximise networking possibilities. All our guests were made to feel very special as the museum stayed open an hour later especially for this event so everyone had an opportunity to view the stunning vintage cars.
